VARIATIONS TO THE SERVICE

  • Delays, interruptions, or overtime caused by circumstances beyond the control of Ready Set Notable
CANCELLATION

You may cancel your project at any time before work has started. If you choose to cancel after work has begun, you will be charged for the portion of the work already completed. Any unfinished work completed up to that point will also be delivered to you upon cancellation.

CLAUSE OF USE

If a project is abandoned due to a lack of approvals or specifications, and there has been no written communication between the client and the account manager for at least 30 days, the project will be considered closed.

CLOSED PROJECT

A Closed Project is defined as a project that has either been fully delivered or has not been claimed for a period of at least 60 days. After this timeframe, Ready Set Notable cannot be held liable for the project.

CONTRACT TERMINATION

We reserve the right to end any assignment at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
